Exciting new tastes are coming to the 2015 Busch Gardens Food & Wine Festival. Joining this year’s line-up of fantastic food offerings is spicy New Orleans cuisine (Gumbo) and Eastern Asia (báhn mi, jiaozi and Thai tea) inspired dishes. Speaking of the new additions, Executive Chef Justin Watson shared,
“With the addition of The French Quarter and Eastern Asia kiosks, guests can sample culinary traditions spanning fourteen geographic regions representing Europe, the Americas and Asia. We are pleased to offer these tastes of the world to our guests during this year’s Food and Wine Festival.”
Now in its third year, the Busch Gardens Food & Wine Festival offers individual tasting portions from 14 mouth-watering themed-kiosks located throughout the park. The festival is included with park admission, however food tasting are priced separately. The 2015 Busch Gardens Food & Wine Festival will run weekends (Friday – Sundays) May 22 – June 28.
