Busch Gardens

Busch Gardens is open daily for spring break starting April 1-April 23, 2017. With the 2-park Fun Card for $80 (available for purchase now until March 31 at the discounted price. Price will then increase to $105), it’s the perfect time to take a trip or two for spring break. For complete operating hours, click here.

Park

Weather permitting, spring break is a great time to enjoy some fresh air with the kids. Head to one of our many parks in the Hampton Roads area to let the kids blow off some steam. Pack a lunch and have a picnic with the children before enjoying the playground some more. Our parks also offer great trails for a bike ride or for a leisure walk/hike.

Movies and Museums

Due to the unpredictability of the weather, if it’s a little too cold or rainy to hang outside, head inside for some fun. With new releases on the way during the month  of April (including The Jungle Book and Rescue Dogsthere are plenty of movies to keep you as well as the children entertained.

From the newly renovated Children’s Museum in Portsmouth to the Peninsula favorite –  Virginia Living Museum, we have a plethora of educational and fun museums to take advantage of in the area.

Chuck E. Cheese

It is a favorite for kids and teens, especially during school breaks. There are a variety of games for kids of all ages and we can’t forget the great pizza.

Great Wolf Lodge

Whether you are looking for an overnight stay to enjoy the water park or just fun for the day, Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg offers a variety of activities. Much like Chuck E. Cheese, the Northern Lights Arcade offers a variety of interactive arcade games and great prizes. You can test your bowling skills in a game at the Ten Paw Alley or enjoy a game of Magiquest or Shadowquest. An overnight stay is only required for use of the water park. All other activities are open to the public. Prices vary based on activities. IN 2015, the lodge also added slideboarding and an outdoor ropes course.
